The class will teach you the tips and tricks to confidently make macarons at home without the need for specialist equipment. With 8 years experience of macaron making I can guide you through the process to achieve success.
The class includes:
A three hour baking session
Refreshments & macaron tastings on arrival
Demonstration on how to make my homemade salted caramel filling
At least 14 of your own handmade macarons & a small jar of salted caramel to take home
