This course is perfect for all experience levels - from complete beginners through to those wishing to elevate their decorating skills.

In this class I'll teach you how to handle cake decorating equipment confidently; you'll learn how to stack and fill a three layer cake with my delicious American buttercream. After setting in the fridge you'll then discover the techniques to achive a smooth final coat with Swiss Meringue Buttercream.


To finish you wil decorate your cake using organic edible pressed flowers to create your very own edible flower design - this very popular trend in cake decorating!


You'll walk away with effective decorating tips as well as recipes for my vanilla bean cake and two types of buttercream.


And you can take home your cake to share it with you family and friends!

Classes are held in the comfort of my modern country kitchen in Balcombe, West Sussex, RH17 and run for approximatley 3 - 3.5 hours.

Pressed Flower Cake Decorating Class


In this cake class will use wheat based flour, eggs, and diary in the making and decorating of of cakes. 

No nuts are used in the cakes although cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts.
