Our workshop will teach you how create these beautiful French treats that are notoriously tricky to master. Erin will guide a small group through the techniques and share her tips for achieving the perfect macaron.
The workshop includes:
3 hour baking session
Refreshments & macaron tastings on arrival
Demonstration on how to make a homemade salted caramel filling
At least 14 of your own handmade macarons & a small jar of salted caramel to take home
The class is £75pp with a maximum of four persons.
