Cake Decorating Class


This small, friendly class of four suits all experience levels - from complete beginners through to those wishing to brush up their skills.

You'll learn how to handle cake decorating equipment confidently; how to stack and fill a cake and then ice a smooth final coat to achieve super sharp edges!


You’ll then decorate your cake using my signature salted caramel drip to the exact consistency, and then finish with fresh flowers and lusted fruits.


You'll walk away with effective decorating tips; from achieving a smooth professional finish, creating a caramel drip, to working safely with fresh flowers and how to lustre fruits. 


And you can take home your cake (RRP £65) to share it with you family and friends!

Classes are £145pp and held in the comfort of my modern country kitchen in Balcombe, West Sussex. 

You will ice and decorate a vanilla bean cake and fill with either raspberry conserve or salted caramel

This workshop will teach you how create these beautiful French treats that are notoriously tricky to master. Erin will guide a small group through the techniques and share her tips for achieving the perfect macaron.

The workshop includes:

  • 3 hour baking session 

  • Refreshments & macaron tastings on arrival

  • Demonstration on how to make a homemade salted caramel filling

  • At least 14 of your own handmade macarons & a small jar of salted caramel to take home

The class is £85pp with a maximum of four persons
